Headstone medallion

We need a product at FOREVER that can be used like a headstone medallion with a QR code linking to a FOREVER album. There are companies out there offering medallions but the QR codes link to a memorial site. Please see this https://turninghearts.com/pages/ps-1 Ornaments fade and I’m not certain how weather resistant they are. This would be amazing to offer.

  The cemetery's here in Edmonton Alberta Can. don't allow those to be put on headstones, I asked around before choosing where to bury our son.  So we are having a QR code engraved onto the headstone.
