Allow Extra Payments Toward Permanent Video Installation Plan

It would be great if we could make additional payments toward the Permanent Video Installation Plan.

Right now the plan uses fixed monthly payments, but allowing optional extra payments at any time would let customers reduce their balance or pay off the installation sooner.

This would give customers more flexibility and control over their payments, and I think many people would appreciate having this option.
