Problem Tagging while Facial Recognition is running

Forever Upload - When I upload a photo into my Productivity Albums, Forever automatically starts Facial Recognition.  While Facial Recognition is running, it is difficult to add Tags.  It takes me 5-6 times until I finally succeed in adding the tag.  While the Facial Recognition is running, it keeps dropping my tagging before it is added.  Can this be fixed so that we can do both Tag and have Facial Recognition running at the same time?  I don't want to set a reminder to go back and tag at a later time.  I was hoping to add all information at one time.
