Moving Nested Albums
It would be incredibly helpful to have the ability to add existing nested albums into another album without having to create a brand-new nested album and manually transfer all the photos from the original one. Currently, we can move nested albums, but we can’t add them the same way we can add individual photos. Allowing nested albums to be added would greatly streamline the process of organizing and reorganizing albums in FOREVER, saving time and reducing unnecessary extra steps.

YES! When I complete a digitization project, I want the albums to stay there AND I want the nested album where it belongs in my main albums. I have many other examples of this need, and this hinders my overall organization because it’s just too tedious. I have to prioritize other things. I just keep hoping for this option.

Yes PLEASE! My workflow is just like Julie's when it comes to digitization projects. I want to keep the albums nested right in the folder they were returned to me in. It helps keep me organized with what I have already digitized!
BUT, I want to be able to easy add that nested album to a parent album where it belongs.
Being able to just "copy a nested album" to another album I need it in would be sooo helpful!

I 100% agree with this feature request, and have asked for it multiple times in various webinars and emails to Nathan for several years, but am concerned that the title of this feature request mis-states the intent. What we want is the ability to COPY an album or ADD a completed nested album to another parent album. I'm not sure why Forever thinks we would only want an album in one place under one name, when it's clear that photos are desired in multiple albums. It's because we want people to be able to find, or discover, what they are looking for in whatever organizational method their brain uses, which may not be the same as the creator's preferred method.

Cindy, I completely agree. This is exactly what we need. I've asked for this in multiple posts as well. Please bring this early in 2026! This would be so much more valuable to me and my clients than the AI upgrades. Thanks.

I agree. If you have these albums originally created in an album by year, and want to also have them show up in a more specialized album, like birthdays, holidays, etc. it would be nice to be able to share this album rather than create a separate album and copy the photos over.
