Ornament Feature Request: Christmas Morning Metal Tag
This is to request you add the option of a plain back - no photos to this ornament. I would also like the option to add text, and have the text box simply not show if not used.
Background: I was working with a client to create ornaments. She chose the Christmas Morning Metal Tag. She only had one photo, which we used on the front. We put the date on the back in the small text area of the 3 photo option. I assumed the photo boxes would disappear if not used. When we hit "Preview" the back showed as having a solid background and just the date. When we hit add to cart, it gave me an error reading "photo boxes not filled" but the preview looked fine and never showed unused/grey photo boxes. Miranda, from client care, worked with me on this and said on her end she could see the grey photo boxes. She put in a request for the design team to look at the error readings vs the preview picture. She suggested I also put in a feature request. If this can be done fairly easily for this season, I would appreciate it. I am holding her order for this ornament to see if it can be done. Thanks.

A blank back option with just text would be great for all ornaments.
