Create a "Bulletin Tab" and "What's New" Tab

The ambassador force needs a quicker way to be "in the know" of what is happening at FOREVER. The bulletin is buried in the training site, and I have heard on multiple occasions that when "life" gets busy, an ambassador feels out of touch when they jump back into FOREVER. 

My solution is to place 2 tabs in the back office easy to view. Where we see "Home, current stats, etc" can you please add "BULLETIN" and "WHAT's NEW" tabs at the top?

Bulletin would be simple and easy to find the information that is currently buried in the training site.

The "What's New" tab could be for releases done on the FOREVER site or mobile apps...for example, when I am in the gallery and I click on add files, I now see "Digitize files".  Does everyone know this?  Probably not.  The "What's New" tab would be a great place to put software upgrade notes.  Some geeks enjoy reading this information. LIKE ME!
