Add a Search Bar to Client Dashboard in Back Office

I use the Client Dashboard much more frequently than the Client Info section. But, since I'm primarily searching for a specific client, I spend a lot of time scrolling through my entire client list. Can you please add a search bar to search for a specific name? It would also be great to be able to custom organize the Client Dashboard so that I could have my most active users come up first, and those open 2GB accounts that some may never use are last. Even an alphabetical listing would be more helpful than the current listing of when accounts were opened. Thanks!
