Searching photos for description added

Can you add the ability to search for "has a description" or "has no description". We can search for not in an album, doesn't have a tag, but not description.

  I would love for this to show up when you hover over a photo.  So if I have several similar photos I can easily see if I had already added a description to one making it easier to decide which ones to delete.  The pop up that shows up when you hover over a photo should also let me know if there is a description.   It doesn't need to show me the entire description but just the first few words or even just something that says Description - Yes or No.

  Yes, identifying photos without descriptions would be helpful.
