Custom Sort & ReArrange Long Hold

Long Hold is delayed and is not intuitive when Rearranging Pages in AutoPrint and Custom SORT. My 34 year old daughter said it is not intuitive to her to wait the second to see the green line... It's delayed.. How do we explain what to do when the Rearrange opens up?
