Dear Support,
It might just be me and that's OK, but in this world of chatbots replacing people, I'm not enamored with this new addition to the Support Email letting me know you have my request. I waited until I had put in several requests before saying anything, but so far, none of the suggestions have solved the issue I've raised and usually there's at least one suggestion that's out of left field.
I get that the purpose is to be responsive and offer immediate solutions, but if the suggestions are not applicable, it just feels like I'm not being heard. Also, I respond to each suggestion, because I figure that will help train the bot, but I wish there was a button that said, thanks for the suggestions, but I still have the problem.
