Gift Management in FOREVER account

I love that we have the ability to choose to print a gift; email a gift; or use a gift link to send a gift.  If I send an email it tells me who I gifted the item to and will let me know when the gift was redeemed.  I would like to ability to manually add a name if I choose to print a pdf or send a gift link.  It will help me keep track of which gifts I have gifted by means other than email and then check to see if they were redeemed.  Right now I have no idea if by chance I may have gifted something to 2 different people if the first person didn't accept it in a timely manner.  If manually adding a name isn't possible then some marker that the gift was sent via pdf or link even if I don't know who I sent it to I would at least know the gift was given.  

I sometimes buy digital art to gift to friends or clients and need a way to track which ones were gifted.
