Outdoor blanket carrying strap

Is it possible to have the carrying strap attached to one corner of the outdoor blanket so it does not get misplaced? Young parents with small children would appreciate having not to worry about it getting lost.

Is it possible to order a replacement carrying strap when it does get lost?
