Micro Photo Grid Puzzle Design

I love this puzzle design as a Year in Review design, but if all fields were editable, the design would be even more flexible for any occasion.  My daughter recently created a puzzle for my 60th birthday from pictures of my life and the puzzle is awesome, but the words didn't really make sense.  She printed it anyways and I love it, but would suggest that the last line also be editable.
