FOREVER storage

When I am looking at individual pictures and want to advance or go back to the previous picture, it is difficult to locate the arrows.  Would it be possible to have a stronger contrast of the background and the arrows making it easier to locate?

  I'd prefer the arrows (and scroll bars) to be permanently visible - not just appear when you get close! For a new user who has no idea they are there--- they are useless.

  Yes - it is not intuitive to mouse around and suddenly find the arrow. Would love them to be permanently visible again.

  Yes, I prefer to see the arrows rather than have to move around to find it.
