Allow Shared Links to non-FOREVER Account Holders

The new version doesn't allow shared link recipients without an account to download.  In the old version this was allowed

  And the ability to right click/copy image/paste image no longer seems to be an option. Both this and the ability for others to download make the user experience more enjoyable and practical.
