Artisan & Historian Light/Dark Mode GREY would be better!!

Dark is to Dark
Grey would be a happy medium, that would be so much easier on the eyes.
Plus with Photography, we are told to use a grey card to set your lighting.

For sure we need the grey mode back! With dark mode it is too hard to see masks which are usually black and many stamps and overlays. With white(light) it is hard to tell the background from the rest of the work area. The grey mode was perfect! I can't figure out why it was removed.

I would also be extremely happy if the gray background could be added as an option to Artisan. I find the black is just too dark and the light is not enough contrast for me, despite having gone to an added external monitor. Old tired eyes !!!

This would be a good thing! I agree with Crystal.

I agree with Crystal as long as the gray is the same as what is in Artisan 5 :). The light mode is too bright and exhausts the eyes.
