Back Office Notifications About Clients with Video Streaming
Erica's emails providing client information have been really helpful. With this last list of "clients who have videos stored in their account but don't have video streaming," I realized that some of my clients had previously purchased or were gifted video streaming (monthly or yearly), but it had expired. It would be really helpful to have the ability in the Back Office to see not just if a client has video streaming currently (YES/NO) but if they have had it in the past and when it expired. Even better when it will expire. I had to go back into each client and look up their purchases to make sure I was correct that they had streaming at some point in the past. If you can't add specific dates, even the word "EXPIRED" would be helpful as the 3rd option with YES/NO so we could separate those who have used it from those who have never had it. Thanks.

I would add one more note - not only update in the back office for ambassadors but also update on the client account profile screen to indicate if they have streaming and whether they have a permanent one-time paid in-full or permanent installment plan and when the final due or monthly or yearly subscription and when due.
We already display on the client profile the GB of storage they own, % used & how many files, and GB available. Let's add video streaming info there also.
I just had a customer who had permanent one-time paid streaming think her streaming was canceled when she looked at reoccurring payments and saw an old monthly & yearly subscription to streaming was canceled.
