Pet Memorial Ornament

I would love to see an ornament that could be used to memorialize a beloved pet.  There used to be one like this photo.  Something similar maybe in the paw print shape would be fantastic.  Or something like this in the tag or square design would be great.  This one had just a photo on the back.  It is a great way to remember a pet and makes a great sympathy gift to a friend who loses a pet.
