The Ability to View/Use Tags in Public Albums in which you are not the Owner

I have a couple of corporate clients who want to make their account albums completely Public so that employees, graduates, guest speakers, alumni, etc, can easily locate a person or event. Currently, ONLY the owner of the account can view and use the tags. Please change this, or provide an option, so that tags can be used by those people visiting the public albums in the account. And, it would be nice to allow Connections/Groups to use established tags.  It's frustrating that even the Account Manager can't use the tags in an account. There has to be a way to allow tags to be used but not altered/deleted.

  I have shared my Forever photos with family members, but they cannot seach my pictures by Tag.    This feature would be wonderful !!!!!

  This is very important to have tags searchable. Using Historian in connection with FOREVER means I spend a lot of time tagging to identify photos and then upload to FOREVER where this only benefits me.

  Absolutely must have for community groups and clients, looking for specific things in their public albums.
