Collaborative Link for Other to Add Photos into my Account

Currently, I have people who have both the Forever App and shortcut to the Forever website on their phones and are auto-logged into their accounts.  When I send a link with Collaborate turned on to an album in my account, when they click on the text message link I sent them so they can load pictures from their phone into my album this is the bad customer experience they get.

If they just click on the link it launches the FOREVER APP and they can view the photos already in the album, but there is not any + to click on to add their pictures.

So then I have them click on the link in the text and hold down to copy the link to open in a browser, which then also lets them see what's already there but does not give them a + to add their photos.  And at the bottom of the screen gives them an "SIGN UP FREE" link, which they already have an account and there is not a "log in" button, so I have to tell them to click on the SIGN UP FREE link and then click on the already have account log in link.

One of the people I shared a link with said this is dumb and not easy.  Others end up not sharing because it is not simple and is difficult.  Another person I had to work with individually in person and even had to call the home office for help.

We need to correct this and make this better.....

Also person that is connected via connections and has access to get to the album to view, even though collaborative is turned on.
