Page Numbering

PLEASE could you make page numbering available on Artisan? It takes hours to number 199 pages. I wouldn't care if it was right, left, top, bottom, or middle of page. I do not understand why Artisan cannot do it. Many customers want it, many don't. If a person doesn't want page numbering, make it optional.

  That would be amazing! I just finished a 169 page recipe book that would be much better with page numbers.

  Numbers would allow for a Table
