"Repeat" functionality

Have the ability to use a function key to repeat the last step that was just done, like in Windows applications, so, if I apply a stroke to a photo, I can select another photo and hit the repeat key and apply that same stroke to the newly selected photo.

  yes. we can use Ctrl+Z, so why not Ctrl+Y!
