Product Request - Calendar with Calendar field on top

I recently created a calendar with the Modern Mosaic 1 design through FOREVER. I totally love it, but a number of friends said they want the calendar part to be on the top so they have room to write things in. I know we can do this in Artisan, but I would love to have it available in Create & Print.
