Permanent Storage OneTime payment vs 24 monthly installments/payments

I like that they expanded and showed all the size options, without having to manually expand.

Could the toggle switch be moved for the 24 Monthly Payments vs One-time Payments to be above the boxes of all the size options to make it more visible? Especially on a phone, I find now with all the price options you have to scroll so much to get to the toggle switch. I think it would add more visibility to the options as it does not even mention above the boxes that there is 2 different payment options. Also it would be more consistent with Digitize where it has the 2 tabs between the Standard vs Speciality above the options. Also think there should be some verbiage about the 24 monthly payments that you get the storage all upfront and after paying the 24 months there is no more payments. 

I can see the PROs and CONs of the default change to 24 monthly payments, but shouldn't it really be 24 monthly installments?  I think offering a permanent cloud service that they "pay once" and own for their lifetime plus 100 years, it is going to be a change to get used to and make sense when you think about people going to the website themselves to see more affordable options, but really need to add more verbiage explaining the differences.
