1. QUESTION What products can I give as a gift?
ANSWER In addition to gifting printed products in person, you can also purchase the following products as gifts through your FOREVER cart:
- Any size FOREVER Storage® one-time payment
- A Permanent Video Streaming one-time payment
- A 1-month, 3-month, or 1-year prepaid Video Streaming Plan
- A 1-month, 3-month, or 1-year prepaid pixels2Pages™ Membership
- FOREVER Artisan® and FOREVER Historian™ software or upgrades
- Any digital art

2. QUESTION How do I purchase a gift?
ANSWER Giving the gift of FOREVER is simple! For most products, you can simply add the items that you would like to gift to your cart. When you view your cart, check the “Make this a gift” box for the items that you would like to give to someone. Then, check out!
To gift prepaid Video Streaming Plans and pixels2Pages Memberships, simply head to our Gift Guide at www.forever.com/gifting and add those products directly to your cart from that page. Because these are gift-only products, they will automatically be marked as gifts in your cart. Then, check out! On your Order Confirmation page, click the “Manage Gifts” button next to any of the items you made gifts. You will be redirected to your “Gift Management” page, where you will see all the items you have purchased as gifts!
3. QUESTION How do I view all my gifts?
ANSWER Simply go to your Gift Management page under Account Settings, or type forever.com/app/settings/gifts into your browser. In the upper right-hand corner of the Gift Management page, you can toggle between “Send Gifts” (which shows gifts you’ve sent or are waiting to send to recipients) and “View Gifts Received” (which shows gifts you’ve accepted from others). In the “Send Gifts” view, you can also filter between “All Gifts”, “Not Redeemed” (gifts that haven’t been accepted by any recipient), and “Redeemed” (gifts that have been accepted by your recipient).
4. QUESTION How do I deliver a gift?
ANSWER With FOREVER, you can choose from three easy methods of delivering your gifts! On your Gift Management page, simply select the gift you’d like to deliver, add a custom message, and send it to the person of your choice (the “recipient”). You can print out a professionally designed Gift PDF to deliver in person, schedule your gift to be sent via email by FOREVER, or simply share a Gift Link via SMS or your favorite messaging app.
5. QUESTION How do I know when a gift I’ve delivered has been accepted?
ANSWER A gift you’ve delivered has not been accepted until it’s marked as “Accepted” on your Gift Management page. Until you deliver your gift, you can still edit the gift, update your gift recipient, view the Gift PDF, and access the Gift Link. Until it’s accepted, you can still view the Gift PDF and cancel the gift.
6. QUESTION What if my gift recipient never accepts my gift?
ANSWER No problem! If you’d like to reset a gift that you’ve delivered but has not been accepted, simply visit your Gift Management page and click “Edit” next to that gift. Click “Cancel Gift” and your gift will be reset with a new Gift Link. You can then give it to someone else (or keep it for yourself)!
7. QUESTION Can someone decline a gift I’ve given them?
ANSWER Certainly! Gift recipients may wish to decline a gift they’ve received – for example, they may already own that item and wish for you to give it to someone else. To reset the declined item in your Gift Management page with a new Gift Link, simply click “Reset Gift”. You can then give it to someone else (or keep it for yourself)!
8. QUESTION What happens if I give someone a gift that they already own?
ANSWER If you gift a FOREVER Storage one-time payment to someone who is already a FOREVER Storage owner, they are encouraged to accept. After all, nobody can have too much FOREVER Storage!
If you gift Artisan, Historian, or a digital art collection to someone who already owns that item, they may still accept the gift if they choose.
If you gift a prepaid Video Streaming Plan or a prepaid pixels2Pages Membership to someone who already has a Monthly or Yearly Video Streaming Plan or pixels2Pages Membership, they are encouraged to accept your gift. Once they accept your gift, it will delay their next scheduled payment(s) by the number of months that you gifted them. This can be seen directly in your recipient’s “Recurring Payments” tab in their FOREVER Account.
If you gift a Permanent Video Streaming one-time payment to someone who already has a Monthly or Yearly Video Streaming Plan, they are encouraged to accept. Their Permanent Video Streaming gift will replace their existing Monthly or Yearly Video Streaming Plan.
If you gift a prepaid Video Streaming Plan or a Permanent Video Streaming one-time payment to someone who already owns Permanent Video Streaming, they will not have the option to accept the gift and it will be automatically returned to you.
9. QUESTION If I make an item a gift during the checkout process, can I decide later to keep it for myself?
ANSWER Absolutely! If you decide you’d like to keep an item that you’ve made a gift, simply click “Gift Link” below that item on your Gift Management page, copy the link, paste it into your browser, and click “Accept Gift.” That’s it!
10. QUESTION If I don’t make an item a gift during the checkout process, can I decide later to give it as a gift?
ANSWER No. Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of these gifts, that is not possible at this time. The only exception is for a one-time payment of Storage - please contact Client Care at support@forever.com for further assistance.
11. QUESTION I want to purchase two of the same item, keep one for myself, and make the other a gift. How can I do this?
ANSWER You can either purchase the items in two separate transactions, or place both items in your cart at the same time, make both gifts, and redeem one of the gifts yourself using the steps in FAQ #9, above.
12. QUESTION Can I return items that I’ve made gifts?
ANSWER Items purchased as gifts fall under the same Return Policy as regularly purchased items. Once a gift has been delivered and accepted by a recipient, it is not eligible for return.
13. QUESTION Can I customize the time of day that a gift email I’ve scheduled is delivered to my recipient?
ANSWER No. All scheduled emails will arrive at 4:30am PT on the date scheduled.
14. QUESTION Why can’t I add more than one Permanent Video Streaming one-time payment to my cart?
ANSWER Because no FOREVER client can have more than one Permanent Video Streaming plan, you can only add one to your cart at a time. If you add a Permanent Video Streaming one-time payment to your cart and you already own one yourself, the “Make this a gift” option will automatically be checked. If you’d like to gift multiple Permanent Video Streaming plans to multiple people, you must purchase them in separate transactions.
15. QUESTION How do I redeem a gift that has been given to me?
ANSWER Redeeming the FOREVER Gift you’ve received is easy! Simply follow your Gift Redemption URL or Gift Link. You will be redirected to a gift page, where you’ll log into your FOREVER Account. (If you do not yet have a FOREVER Account, choose “Join Now” and create an account. We’re thrilled to have you!) Finally, click “Accept Gift” or “No Thanks” to accept or decline your gift! It’s that easy! If you received Artisan, Historian, or a digital art kit, you will immediately be shown the Activation Code to download your gift. If you received FOREVER Storage, Video Streaming, or pixels2Pages, your FOREVER Account will automatically update!
16. QUESTION How do I view all the gifts I’ve accepted?
ANSWER To view all the gifts you’ve accepted, simply go to your Gift Management page under Account Settings and click “View Gifts Received” in the upper right-hand corner. Or, simply type forever.com/app/settings/gifts/received into your browser and go!
17. QUESTION Can I regift a gift that I have accepted?
ANSWER No. When you receive a gift, you can either accept it, in which case it’s yours for good, or decline it, in which case it will be returned to the sender.
18. QUESTION If I have received a prepaid Video Streaming Plan or pixels2Pages Membership gift, can I purchase an additional Video Streaming Plan or pixels2Pages Membership for myself before the gift ends?
ANSWER Yes! When you purchase a Monthly or Yearly Video Streaming Plan or pixels2Pages Membership, you will immediately be charged for your first membership period (either your first month or your first year). Then, you won’t be charged again until both your prepaid gift and your first membership period have expired. For example, if your 3-Month pixels2Pages Membership Gift will expire on February 15 and you decide to purchase a Monthly pixels2Pages Membership on February 1, you will be charged for the first month of your ongoing membership on February 1 but will not be charged again until March 15, after both your gift and the first month of your ongoing membership have expired.
19. QUESTION If I choose to purchase a Permanent Video Streaming one-time payment after receiving a prepaid Video Streaming Plan as a gift, can I get the Permanent Video Streaming plan at a pro-rated price?
ANSWER Yes! If you decide to purchase a Permanent Video Streaming one-time payment after trying it out with a Monthly or Yearly Video Streaming Plan, we will automatically subtract what has already been paid toward your Video Streaming Plan in the past year from your Permanent Video Streaming one-time payment amount.
