We're sorry to hear the issues you are having when trying to use your Referral or Welcome coupon within your cart. Common reasons we see the code not applying is because the coupon has expired, the code was already used in an order, there's nothing in the cart it can be used on, or the coupon has not been assigned to that particular FOREVER account.
Here's troubleshooting to check each area to see what might be causing this issue...
1. Has your coupon expired?
Both the Referral and the Welcome coupons expire after 60 days from being issued. If you are trying to process your first purchase with FOREVER and want to use your Welcome Coupon, you can contact our Client Care at support@forever.com and we'd be happy to extend it for you! Unfortunately, Referral Coupons cannot be extended at this time.
2. Was the coupon already used in a previous order?
These particular coupons are a one-time use, meaning they will only allow you to apply and checkout with it in one transaction. If the full amount of the coupon was not used in the initial transaction, the remainder will be forfeited.
You can check in your account Order History to see if a recent purchase already used the coupon code you're having a hard time adding to your cart. If you see the coupon was used in a purchase, but shows a $0.00 deduction next to it, please reach out to our Client Care at support@forever.com with the order number and we'd be happy to help reset this for you!
3. Does your cart contain a valid FOREVER-branded item?
There are some limitations for what your Referral or Welcome coupon can be applied to. You can read through this list to confirm if what's in your cart is considered a valid item.
To note, if you're trying to check out with a Club Membership, Gift Certificate, or Event Ticket, even if you have other items the coupon could apply to the cart may not let you use it. Please either remove the Membership/Certificate/Ticket, or remove the item you want to use your coupon with to check out then try again in a fresh cart.
4. Are you trying to use a coupon that another person gave you?
Each coupon must be used in a single transaction and is non-transferable to other users. These coupons have no cash value and must be used at the time of purchase to redeem.
