We're sorry to hear the issues you are having when trying to use your Referral or Welcome coupon within your cart. Here's some troubleshooting steps from common reasons we see the code not applying.
1. Has your coupon expired?
Both the Referral and the Welcome coupons expire after 60 days from being issued. If you are trying to process your first purchase with FOREVER and want to use your Welcome Coupon, you can contact our Client Care at support@forever.com and we'd be happy to extend it for you! Unfortunately, Referral Coupons cannot be extended at this time.
2. Are you trying to use a coupon that another person gave you?
Each coupon must be used in a single transaction and is non-transferable to other users. These coupons have no cash value and must be used at the time of purchase to redeem.
3. Is there digital art in your cart that is not FOREVER-branded?

4. Are you trying to purchase a Gift Certificate?

5. Have you not received your Welcome Coupon yet?
