If a folder in Manage Content is grayed out, follow these steps to restore it:

Identify the File Location:
- Click on the grayed-out folder.
- Look to the right where the file location is displayed in blue lettering.
- Write down the file location.
- Example: The Commercial Art Kits folder is typically stored in
C:\Users\Public\Documents
.

Remove the Folder Location:
- Right-click the grayed-out folder.
- Select "Change Folder Location or Remove Folder".
- A new window will open. Choose Option 4.
- A warning box will appear. Click Yes to proceed.
- Warning: Removing this folder location from the library will remove the kits from any categories where they were placed.

Re-add the Folder Location:
- Right-click Library on the left panel.
- Select "Add Folder to Library".
- Browse to the file location you wrote down earlier.
- Single-click on the correct folder (e.g., Commercial Art Kits) and select OK.
After a short moment, the kits should be restored in the Content Manager without any question marks.
