o get the Perfectly Clear feature working in Historian™, follow these steps:
- Close Historian™.
- Open File Explorer.
- Navigate to the Historian™ installation folder:
- For 32-bit Windows:
C:\Program Files\Panstoria\Historian 4
- For 64-bit Windows:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Panstoria\Historian 4
- For 32-bit Windows:
- Find and run the application file named "vcredist_x86" to install any missing components.
- Reopen Historian™. The Perfectly Clear feature should now work properly.
