The first course of action is to contact the shipping company (ex. FedEx, USPS, Canada Post, etc.) to see if they can provide any insight as to what may have occurred. At times, packages will end up at a nearby facility waiting to be picked up by the customer.
If the shipping company is unable to resolve this for you, please then e-mail support@forever.com with the following information:
- Name
- Order number
- Any information you’ve received from the shipping company
