FOREVER® will always strive to get the colors of your print product as close as possible to what you see on your display. However, due to everchanging resolutions and clarity updates, we may never be able to get your print projects 100% true to the coloring you see on your computer screen. If you have received a product where you feel the coloring is drastically different, the first step is to check your monitor calibration.
Neglecting to calibrate your monitor can result in falsely projecting the hue and brightness of your projects on your screen. For example, while you’re seeing pink in the project you created within Artisan® on your screen, we’re seeing purple in the file delivered to the print shop.
If you’re not sure that your monitor has been calibrated, you can follow these steps here:

FOREVER's print shops maintain their printers at ~2.0-2.5 deltaE to ensure that prints are in a consistent range of brightness, color accuracy, and fidelity, however, managing "perfect" color in an open exchange environment can be very difficult. If you’ve already taken this precaution but still feel like we’ve made a mistake, please email support@forever.com with the following information:
- Name
- Order number
- Photos of the printed product
- Screenshots of the project in Artisan®
