If uploading stops on your FOREVER® mobile app, you will want to check your settings both on the mobile app as well as on your mobile device itself.
To check the settings on the mobile app, open it up and make sure you are logged in. Click on the hamburger menu in the upper left-hand corner. Go to "Manage Auto Sync" first and see if it is turned on or off. If it is turned off, then photos will not automatically upload to your account when they are taken.
Next, check your "Manage Cellular Data." If the cellular data use is turned off, then you must be connected to Wi-Fi for photos to be able to upload to your FOREVER® account via the mobile app. This is the case whether you have auto sync on or off.
If you have auto sync turned on and are connected to Wi-Fi or have cellular data turned on and photos are still not uploading, it could have something to do with the settings on your device itself.
