Auto Sync is a great way to have memories you take or save to your phone/tablet automatically upload into your FOREVER® Account. In the Android mobile application, follow these instructions while logged into the app:
- Click your profile photo (or initials) in the upper right-hand corner.
- From the menu navigate into Settings.
- There will be an "Auto Upload" section, here you can toggle ON or OFF the syncing for your device, as well as choose if you want videos to also automatically upload.
If auto sync is ON — all new photos that you take from this point onward will be automatically uploaded to your account!
If auto sync is OFF — you will need to manually upload any new photos you take.
Need to save everything currently on your device? Use the mobile app's Backup function!
