When the upload stops when trying to move your photos from your iOS device to your FOREVER® account there are a few things you can do to restart the upload.
- The first thing you should check is whether or not your software is up to date. To check this, click on the menu located on the left hand side of the screen. A menu will fly out and you will see the version of the application listed at the bottom of the list.
- Check that it is the latest version of the application here: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/forever/id808235823?ls=1&mt=8’
- Your software not being up to date can be one of the biggest reasons that your upload has stopped, so make sure that you have the most current version of the application.
3. If your app is up to date, you can also uninstall and reinstall the FOREVER® mobile application to restart auto sync and manage your settings and to make sure that you are up to date. (Please note, when uninstalling and reinstalling the FOREVER® app from your device, it loses all record of prior uploads. De-duplication will still occur in that instance, because that is compared to the files in your account, but auto-sync and backup would upload a prior deleted file because the record of it being uploaded was removed when the app was uninstalled)
If you’re not using your cellular data for your mobile upload, you will need to make sure that you have a strong wireless signal. You can check your wireless signal in your iOS settings on your mobile device.
Also, make sure that your Background App Refresh is turned on for the FOREVER® application. This can be found in your iOS settings under “General."
